Thanks for reaching out to me. I know many tall and thin guys have trouble finding pants that fit. I have found a few ready made pairs. You mentioned you may try a 32″ waist and I’ve included a few of those too. For the perfect fit, custom made pants may be the best option and they are surprisingly affordable. The relaxed fit, may be a bit baggy, but I included those as there are just not a whole lot of options at this time. Here’s my picks:
Dickies Slim Fit Multi-Use Pocket Pants (item LP837) – 37″ or 39″ Inseam
Red Kap Tall Cargos – also in tan
Levi’s Cargo Pants – 38″ inseam, starts at 32″ waist. Also in gold.
For the Fit Pants – 40″ inseams – maybe you could get them hemmed.
Wrangler Flat Front, Relaxed Fit – 38′ inseam, limited sizes. Starts at 32″ waists.
Custom Made Chinos – search for “twillino”.

I was browsing through Boston Proper and came across this pair of tall travel pants. These pants will work for travel as they stay wrinkle-free or for women wanting some comfortable office pants. They come in black or navy in 33″ and 36″ inseam lengths.
Our newest part is TM Lewin. For those who aren’t familiar with this brand, they are a British shirt maker that is now shipping clothing worldwide. For you tall guys, they offer many non-iron dress shirts with 38″ sleeve lengths.
They also offer “long” suits in regular and slim fits. The trousers can be hemmed to your length up to 36″ inseams.
