This tall man is in medical school and needs to look sharp, but is having a hard time finding clothes that will work for his long legs. He is probably the tallest man that has contacted me for shopping help and I’m honored to help!

Casual Male has this pair of mens 40″ inseam, flat front pants. For the younger crowd, I always recommend flat front pants.  This pair is wrinkle and stain-resistant.

JCPenney’s hemmed pants can be hemmed up to 38.5″ long.  But, you can get them unhemmed and I don’t know the exact inseam, but they may be around 40″ long.  I like this pair of Haggar plain front no-iron pants.

Similarly, Lands’ End also has hemmed pants up to 38″ long, but you can also get them unhemmed.  Here is a pair of no-iron, flat front pants.

Here’s a basic, affordable pair of comfort 40″ inseam jeans.

And a more stylish, designer pair of Robert Graham jeans.

Perhaps you’d like a classic pair of Levi’s 501s.
