I’ve been working out faithfully very early several mornings a week doing PIYO – which is a combination of pilates/yoga.  My instructor is a beast!  She’s making me feel muscles that I haven’t felt in a very long time.  I’m determined to get in shape!  It’s much easier to workout when my clothes fit right and look good too.  Can you relate?  Today’s outfit will help you do the down dog in style.
