Personal Shopping: Mens Jeans Size 36 Waist by 40 Inseam

I received an email for a woman who requesting help in finding jeans for husband. He wears a men’s size 36 waist by 40 inseam.

Luckily for this guy a 36 inseam waist by 40 inseam length is very common in the big and tall stores. It’s tricky if his waist were any smaller.

Florida Big and Tall Clothing

This personal shopping request was sent to me via one of my close friends. He recently moved to Florida and landed an amazing job. His company is giving him a $500 spending account to get some new clothes. Don’t we wish all of our employers would do this? Bonus!

Client: 6’5″ tall

Size: 3XLT in tops and size 50″ waist by 34″ inseam length.

Needs: He want most of the items to be bright colored button up shirts with short sleeve and then add in a few pairs of dress pants. He absolutely hates going shopping so I’ve tried to include pick items that have free shipping so it can be delivered directly to his door.

7’1″ Tall Medical Student Need Clothes

Client: 24 years old man, 7’1″ tall and in medical school

Size: Waist – 36″, Inseam – 40″ long.

Needs: khakis, jeans and shorts

This tall man is in medical school and needs to look sharp, but is having a hard time finding clothes that will work for his long legs. He is probably the tallest man that has contacted me for shopping help and I’m honored to help!

Men’s 40″ Inseam Pants

Casual Male has this pair of mens 40″ inseam, flat front pants. For the younger crowd, I always recommend flat front pants. This pair is wrinkle and stain-resistant.

JCPenney’s hemmed pants can be hemmed up to 38.5″ long. But, you can get them unhemmed and I don’t know the exact inseam, but they may be around 40″ long. I like this pair of Haggar plain front no-iron pants.

Similarly, Lands’ End also has hemmed pants up to 38″ long, but you can also get them unhemmed. Here is a pair of no-iron, flat front pants.
