Warm Weather Accessories for Men and Women

This morning I took my girls to the beach and it got me thinking about summer must have accessories. Whether you’re running around town doing errands, going to a BBQ with friends, or carting your kids to the pool, here are a few items you’ll definitely want to have. While not exactly comprehensive, here’s a partial spring/summer checklist for you:

For Men:

Shades. Check. Tifosi Optics Torrent Midnight Blue/Smoke Blue.

The pants couldn’t look more comfortable (but still cute) and she’ll thank you for those velvety flip flops when she’s pacing with baby at 2:00 am. Have the pretty necklace personalized with the new babe’s name and she just might tear up! And isn’t it great that diaper bags aren’t covered with pictures of Winnie the Pooh anymore?! I have a Skip Hop bag (2 actually) and I love them! This one is stylish but with dots in grey, classic enough that it would suit nearly any taste.

Women’s Nautical Trends

I’m pretty much beach obsessed and I’ve always loved nautical/tropical clothing and accessories. Since I live in Utah, {wiping a tear}, trips to the beach are infrequent. When I wear nautical styles I just feel happy! Doesn’t everyone? Hence the recent posts on boat shoes. Plus this is a timeless trend, so you can collect nautical clothing and wear them for years! I’m going to the Bahamas in a couple of months and I can’t wait! {insert heel click} I’m shopping heavily for nautical items. Enjoy my picks:
