Hello, I’m 6’7″ tall and i was looking for lined jeans myself and could only find 34″ inseams as well. Last year i found them in my size(36×36) by carhart. Actually i’m wearing a pair today.. You can purchase them in a few different colors. The best thing about them is that they do not shrink during the washing process. Give them a try.
