I am not one to endorse a whole lot of products that are not related to tall clothing, but I have to let you in on this great new product that makes working out at home fun. It is called The Gymbox and was developed by my friends Ryan and Megan Robinson. After having a new baby, Megan found it hard to go to the gym. She wanted to be able to work out at home.
After using several DVD’s she got bored and wanted more variety. They came up with the idea of The Gymbox which is similar to video on demand. The concept is that by plugging The Gymbox into your television (just like a DVD player) and connecting it to your broadband internet (just like a laptop) you can get access to hundreds of hours of gym-style fitness classes that you can do right in your own living room. The best part is, the classes are updated weekly so you never have to repeat the same class twice (unless you want to) and they are all available on demand. My sister-in-law has been testing the product out for the last year and has lost 40 pounds! This is the newest and greatest product for getting in shape at home!
