Thanks for reaching out to me. I know many tall and thin guys have trouble finding pants that fit.  I have found a few ready made pairs. You mentioned you may try a 32″ waist and I’ve included a few of those too.  For the perfect fit, custom made pants may be the best option and they are surprisingly affordable.  The relaxed fit, may be a bit baggy, but I included those as there are just not a whole lot of options at this time. Here’s my picks:

Levi’s Cargo Pants – 38″ inseam, starts at 32″ waist. Also in gold.

For the Fit Pants – 40″ inseams – maybe you could get them hemmed.

Wrangler Flat Front, Relaxed Fit – 38′ inseam, limited sizes. Starts at 32″ waists.

    Thanks for this! I have two very tall and thin sons. One of them wears a 31″ waist and 37″ inseam and I always have so much difficulty finding him pants. It is frustrating that so few manufacturers make longer inseam pants in smaller waist sizes. It’s strange to me that at 6’0″ and female I have an easier time finding clothing to fit my exceptional height than I do for my 6’4″ son.
