I received the following email from Beth who was trying to find a coat for her tall, thin son with extra long sleeves. She has emailed Columbia for more info and found them to be very helpful.
“I wanted to let you know that my son’s Columbia jacket arrived today. Both if us were pleasantly surprised to find that the sleeves were long enough. We did have to go up a size. We got him the Tall Whirlibird Parka with the removable liner. The liner could have been a little longer but is acceptable. The outer jacket sleeves are long enough so that when he stretches his arms out straight in front if him the sleeves still cover his wrists. We are very pleased.
