Today when I came across this tall lace shirt, I just had to feature it. After all, it’s very pretty and can mix and match with so many things. So today I’m featuring 3 totally different looks to show the versatility of this shirt.

April Marin Womens Custom Made Suits & Dresses

I want to share with you another resource for custom made clothing.

April Marin sells women’s custom made suits and dresses for women up to 6′ tall. Make sure you take a look towards the bottom left of their menu for the custom made section and you can easily enter your height and measurements to get items made for you.

I’m not sure why they stop at 6′. If they are doing custom anyway, it seems like it may be easy to be able to make it for taller women, perhaps it’s something you could email them if you’re taller and love their clothing.

Facebook Tall Personal Shopping

Last night I asked if anyone needed any personal shopping help. I was able to answer several people directly via Facebook, but some required more detailed help. So here is the answers to your style questions:

Tall Tankini

Needed- a tall tankini with a skirt, size 16 – preferably around $50.

I’m having a hard time keeping within your budget, so here’s what I did find.

Adjustable Tankini Top – several colors. High Rise Swim Skirt.

All in one tallswim dress – 32″ long – comes in 3 colors. Comes with built in tankini bottoms.
Reviews say you may need to size up.

Tall Khakis

“I also can’t find cute, stylish, cotton (or blend) khaki pants with a boot cut leg and a bum that won’t sag in size 16/18 with a 36″ inseam anywhere! Would spend up to $75.”

Gap – Tall Khaki pants have a 37″ inseam, but if these would work, I know a lot of us love them. Just to size 16 though.

Loft – Julie – Curvy Fit – or Marissa or Zoe Fit – straight through hips

Loft – Tall Cotton Pants – reviews say they have a slimmer fit.

Long Red Sweater

“I’m post-pregnancy and looking for a long, red (jewel tone) sweater (the kind that’s open in the front) to wear with dark jeans and brown, knee-high equestrian boots for Christmas pictures. I want it to camo the mummy tummy. I’m size 16-18 (xl), six feet tall, 36″ inseam. Will spend up to $100.”

As much as I’d love to find you an open cardigan, I’m not finding it in redish colors, so here’s the next best options:

“I just started working in a preschool with a little boy who has a tendency to bite. I am desperately looking for a jean jacket to save my arms. I need the sleeves to cover my wrists. I am 6’2 and an Xl. My school will cover a reasonably priced jacket, but I am willing to pay a little extra for something I can wear outside the classroom as a wardrobe bonus!”

This request made me laugh as it’s a first, but let’s save your arms! 🙂
