Women’s Tall Suit

Need a great office suit? Then dress up for Fall in Banana Republic’s tall suit options. Made of lightweight wool with a touch of stretch, it is classy and comfortable.
The tall wool blazer has a modern cut with 2 front button closures, a straight collar and double back vent. We love the flattering look of this pair of straight leg tall pants with a 36″ inseam length. The bottom leg is even cuffed – an extra nice touch. We normally have to unstitch our hems to let out the extra length. Don’t forget about the co-ordinating high-waisted tall wool skirt.
Purchase a few blouses that you can mix and match with the pants or skirt. Don’t go sleeveless as you may want to wear them without the jacket and we are going to a professional look! Here are a few of our suggestions.

Women’s Tall Clothing: What to Wear to a Professional Office

I have found the perfect working outfit for the tall woman. First off, you need a basic professional tall skirt. This tall straight gabardine skirt is the answer. It is a wool gabardine tall skirt with a touch of stretch called XLA, but is more durable and recovers better than spandex. It is fully lined as has a sleek straight look and is a great investment piece that you will be able to wear for years. It comes in black, brown, navy and tan- all great neutrals in tall sizes 6-20 $88.50.
The next item would be a nice women’s tall wrinkle-free shirt. I chose white as it goes with anything and can easily be mixed and matched with anything. Wrinkle-free tall shirts are must have item as you will look crisp and at your best all day long. $49.50
For those days when a blazer is required, one of the most stylish tall blazers this year is this women’s tall bi-color hopsack blazer. The two toned colors are a bit toned down in black, flax, camellia, moss green, and persian blue. I love how the back waist inset gives you a defined waist – a nice feminine touch. $139
Add a nice pair of pumps that match the color of your skirt or tan dress shoes are a nice neutral for most professional outfits.
